The girls have been complaining about Danny's "gross mustache". So Dad finally took out his electric razor and shaved Danny's peach fuzz clean. A little later he came into the living room sporting this pen mustache saying, "I miss my mustache."

Day at the Zoo

We enjoyed a beautiful day at the zoo. Kendall enjoyed napping all day in her stroller. Poor thing didn't get to see any of the animals! I guess Dad didn't take too many pictures.

Order Your Cookbooks

The 408 Magnolia Lane Cookbook is almost ready for the publisher. The cost will be $10. It contains over 600 tried and true recipes. It will be a three ring binder cookbook. The pages will be the same size as the other family cookbooks around but instead of the plastic twist binder it will be three ring binder. I am VERY excited for this cookbook!!! It will be so nice to have some new choices of food to cook! And as I personally know every single cook that has submitted, I dare say the recipes will be awesome!

I need to have ALL payments by June 7th. You may give or mail me your payments. Checks should be made out to me. At this time, you may order AS MANY AS YOU WANT. For anyone who may not have pre-ordered, that's okay! Those of you that are ordering, make sure your family and friends know about it as all orders will be prepaid only.

I have a Danny story to share. The neighbors were missing their tractor and golf cart keys. The neighbor boy asked Molly if Danny took them as he was at their house on the weekend. Both keys are usually just kept in the ignition. I questioned Danny at length. He insisted he didn't take them. After grilling him, I believed him. Especially as this isn't something he has done. (Take people's things.) I then left to take Kaitlin to work. Molly told me that after I left she heard Danny mutter under his breath, "Geez! I'm 13 years old! I know Thou Shall Not Steal!"
