I never did get pictures for August. The raspberries are doing great and the pears are exceptionally sweet this year. Even though I never did get the jugs hanging to kill the worms last spring, they have very few worm holes.

The summer is flying by. Matt and Emily and kids and Amanda and Kendall were here for a week. It was a blast but was over in a blink! It was brutal HOT so the kids had a ball in the pool. We went garage saleing two days. Had fun and did pick up a few things.

I actually took these pictures a couple weeks ago and I can't believe how much they've grown already.

Strawberries are starting to grow.
Rhubarb is coming.

It's surprising how green everything is already. Most of the perennials are coming up on the south side of the house. The gardens on the north side are still pretty dormant. I really dare to think we are done with snow!

Definitely still winter here. But the daffodils are coming up so Spring can't be too far away!
