Snow Day

We didn't get the blizzard of the century they were predicting but we did get a pretty good dumping. Molly and I got started with the Yooper Scoopers when we were saved by the neighbor man Dan! That sure put a smile on our faces! Thank you Dan!!! Don't let our Danny's shoveling fool you. I think he took about 5 swipes with the shovel and called it good!

Pretend Movie

This kid's a nut. He's been spending almost every night for the last week "watching" a pretend movie. He waits until it's dark and then goes in the basement and keeps all the lights off except the laundry light then sits in the dark and listens to Narnia on his boom box and stares at a shadow on the chalk board. "I imagine the movie because there are sound effects on the CD." He actually thought about skipping basketball last Thursday night because he wanted to go watch/listen to his "movie"! Only Dan!

He's 15!!!!

"I can't believe I'm going to be 15!"That's all we've heard for the last several weeks! I hope it lives up to his expectations!!

Happy Birthday Danny!!! His cake choice is Coffee Cake. We'll probably have that Sunday afternoon as he has basketball tonight. I'm also hoping all the boys will be here to finish my Christmas card picture. His birthday meal is "build your own pizza". I bought the small ready made pizza crusts and mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage, pineapple and ham. (click on the picture and you can see the guy has braces)
