I'm thinking about this for supper tonight. This is Grandma T's recipe.
I "invented" a new bar recipe. We LOVE it. I'm trying to "tweak" the recipe. When I make it again, I will post it. Stay tuned....... Other than that, we are just getting "geeked" about our Canadian camping trip. Danny has the days counted down and I have been washing the cushions, curtains etc. in the trailer. Amazingly the curtains went through the wash without falling apart. Accessories in travel trailers aren't exactly the highest quality. I have a couple sewing projects I want to get done before we go. I will post them when I get to them.

1 cup chicken broth
2 cups cooked chicken
1/3 cup pimento
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Saute butter with onions. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add half & half and broth. Stir until thickened. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered.

I keep forgetting to ask you about the whole passport thing. I'm assuming the kids don't need them? I have had a lot people ask me and I just kind of make up some random story that there's no need for them yet.
Hi Anne- I just wanted to say Thank you for posting some of your delicious recipes. I made this the other night and everyone loved it! It was awesome. So Thanks for another meal idea for us.
Love Tricia
