We were waiting for Jeff and Heidi to stop by and Dad decided he'd walk out in the woods for a bit as it was the last day of gun hunting. Well, he was out there for more than "a bit". In case you can't tell, it's a 9-pointer. It's hanging but I'm not sure what were going to do with it now.... (This picture below is in the backyard just before he put it hanging.)

Well way to go on that buck! I really didn't know if I would see the day...after all of the time spent out there and naughta a shot at anything big enough for your liking...
Good luck chopping it up and coming up with some venison meals! If you make sausage, I am a fan of that.
