Brett took Danny gun hunting today. When they got home I asked him:Me: Dan, did you see anything?
Danny: No, just squirrels
Me: Was it fun or was it boring?
Danny: Half (I think he meant, half fun and half boring)
Me: Did you go up in a tree or stay on the ground?
Danny: Up in a tree
Me: Did you get up in Brett's tree stand?
Danny: Hardly.............(I guess he must have but it probably wasn't easy. The boys were wondering whether he'd be able to get up and in it.)

Yes, that's Brett. I almost asked him the other night if he was still glad Brett was home as Brett teases him so much! It was so cute the day Brett came home. Dad went to pick him up and took Danny with him. The whole way there Danny was beside himself. He kept saying, "I'm soooooooo excited!" When he saw Brett he jumped out of the car and gave him a big hug and kept telling him how much he loves and missed him. He kept that up the whole way home, "I love you Brett! I missed you so much!" He was so beside himself he even said, "I want to pet you!"
I love the story of meeting up with Brett. That's awesome. And, then I got to the last part--LOL.
