Another Bag

I washed and shrunk my latest bag on Saturday. I really like how it came out. This will be my knitting bag. It's a bit plain so I may embellish it a little. I was thinking about finding big funky buttons and sew them on for flower centers and embroider petals around them. (It probably will never get done as I am using it already.) I'm now working on a poncho that is looking like it may be too small for Jeanie but it should fit one of the grand kids if it is.

Dad and I went to the Tiger's game yesterday. It was my first. It was a beautiful day and so fun. We got there two hours early and were able to watch batting practice and just walk around the park. It's a beautiful park and we had great seats. Of course it was even more exciting as the Tigers won with a homerun in the ninth. They played the Twins.

Cute bag. It would be cool with flowers but if you never get around to it, you could just sew some buttons on it for decoration...

I just located your blog Anne and am really enjoying it. How do you have time? Oh that's right, you're a woman of leisure. How nice. I also wanted to tell you how nice your bag was as I know I didn't that night we were over. It is such a nice size and shape and feels so nice. It calls for some cool decoration.
