I am so excited about this bowl. Lisa picked it up for me at the Amish General Store near her camp. It holds 30 quarts. I can't WAIT to make pasty for the first time with it. It will be so nice to mix with that wide opening. I've heard so much about this general store and would love to visit it. I did spend two beautiful days with Lisa at her camp but the weather was so nice I hated to leave the lake. My sisters, Kristin and Tricia, were there along with kids. We had such a great time but I was so disappointed as I forgot my camera. I remembered the extra camera battery but not the camera!

New Bowl
I am so excited about this bowl. Lisa picked it up for me at the Amish General Store near her camp. It holds 30 quarts. I can't WAIT to make pasty for the first time with it. I have that bowl and you are going to love it.
I have 2 of those bowl (garage sales) and use both of them the all of the time... I wish mine looked as pretty as yours does though :)
My mom has one tha tbig....i twas great for washing strawberries or pickling cucumbers and would be great for pasty! :) Any word yet on when the cookbooks will be ready?
28 years ago i got three of these bowls [different sizes] at my bridal shower, and still have them, except one i gave to my mom. this summer i used the biggest one a number of times for mixing and serving that delicious meatless taco salad in ~ wonderful for big gatherings.
you're going to wonder what you did before THE BOWL.
I need me one of them. Sigh. It's beautiful.
I want one too!
