Here we are at Disney World Magic Kingdom. It was wall to wall people. Danny was pretty much afraid of everything. We did take him on Splash Mountain and he survived but if you ask him if he wants to go again he says a very clear NO! Anything that is a little dark or even dim he freaks out. We started out at Magic Kingdom and then the crowds started getting to us so we went to MGM Studios. It wasn't quite so crowded. We then headed over to Epcot at about 8:30 to catch the fireworks but that was a big mistake as it started to pour almost as soon as we got there. We ran back to the tram but we all got soaked through.

Danny was thrilled to see his hero Buzz Lightyear. We also saw Woody from Toy Story but Dad had taken off with the kids to some other attraction and I didn't have the camera. Jeanie has her little autograph book. I plan to go back to the Magic Kingdom on our third day with Danny and Jeanie and get her some more autographs and take her and Danny to Toon Town for the kiddie rides. We didn't have time yesterday.

Posing at MGM Studios.

Finishing up supper at the Pizza Planet. A pizza and drink came to $8.02 a person. We did some splitting and eliminated some drinks. We had planned on going back to the Condo for lunch but it turned out not to be worth the effort. You park, then are shuttled to the ticket center. From there you take the tram to the Park. We would have had to to the reverse and then do it again on the return. When we go to Epcot and the Animal Kingdom I plan on bringing our cooler and pack a lunch. I'll put the cooler in a locker until lunch.

Molly and Jeanie in the Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground.

Our first stop at the ocean. Actually at the Gulf. Here are the kids looking at all the hermit crabs running around the sand. The tide was very low and there was lots of critters to check out.

Jeanie has some little jelly creature. If you click on the picture you can see it better.

Jeanie with a shell with a little crab in it. Danny would not go in this water. He says it's gross and scary. At this point he said, "I hate Florida!". He sat on the beach and kept complaining, "Florida is so boring!" The rest of the kids had a blast finding different kinds of crabs.

Everyone (except Dan) checking out all the critters.

A pose in front of a Myrtle Tree.

I got a bang out of Danny hating Florida now.
Sure! He loves Florida when he's at the condo. But when he gets to the beach he hates it. That's pretty funny! :) You guys look like you're having fun!! I'm getting a little envious. :)

Do those kids realize how lucky they are??
Yeah (blue color day) and 8 pictures up from here, I was thinking that Gretch & Willy look more like the twins than Gretch & Keeks! Lol! (They have the same shirt on).
I'm SO VERY envious today. It's hot, humid and raining here. Lol!
Looks Like everyone was having a grand time.
Happy Summer
