Day #17 Hat
This might be kind of weird but I find it kind of comforting. This is my father-in-law's hat and scarf. When he passed away almost 26 years ago, we got this desk he had made. In the drawer was his hat and scarf. There they still are today.

Not weird at all. I love sentimental people. I remember Uncle Matt very fondly. Weekly haircuts were so much fun. Maybe it wasn't that often, but it felt like it. One week we would go to their house, the next they would come to ours. He and my dad cut each others hair for years and years. My dad had a scarf just like that one, Wish I still had it. Wonder where it went? Christine
The haircuts I too remember so fondly. The brothers had their own little services. They were such special brothers that shared so much together. The time has passed but thinking of them still warm our hearts. This picture brought tears to my eyes. By the way did it have "Matt W Heinonen" on it???
I never knew that those have been there since you guys got that. Very cool!
