Day # 7 Round

I have been doing Jillian's 30 Day Shred. But I love the "ball" exercises and may do these a day or two a week for variety.

funny, i just started the 30 day shred today; the treadmill i'm putting on hold.
my ball has never been used for what it was made for but the grandkids like to chase it around the yard.
